Below are some of are common questions about vehicle fitment
Which option should I select for front bump stops?
We offer two options for front bump stops
OEM up travel
- We recommend these for most cases. If you are not having any issues with your tire clearance, these will be a great fit for your vehicle, and will smooth your ride.
-1/4" up travel
- We offer this option for customers who are having issues with tire rub on oversized tires. These will restrict suspension travel by 1/4 inch, which can often time help reduce or eliminate tire rub.
Which option should I select for rear bump stops?
We recommend pairing your rear bump stop selection with the length of your shocks. Not your suspension lift.
Example 1: 2" lift, standard travel shocks
- We recommend our standard length rear bump stops
Example 2: 2" lift, 1" extended travel shocks
- We recommend our extended length rear bump stops
Example 3: 2" lift, 2" long travel shocks
- We recommend our Long travel rear bump stops (these can be purchased by email)

Below are some common questions about our products
What does your warranty cover? And how does it work?
Our warranty is one of the best in the business. We offer a two year, no questions asked warranty.
If you were able to damage your Perry Parts product, in anyway, whether due to:
- Install error
- Abuse
- Neglect
- Regular use
- Or any other issue
We will honor our warranty. Essentially, if you can break it, we will replace it, with free shipping.
This warranty is inclusive of the product, and the product itself. It explicitly does not cover any other part of your vehicle, or auxiliary device. You will receive an equivalent product to what was originally purchased.
To submit a warranty request, email christine@perryparts.com, send a photo of your parts, and include your original order number in the email.
Perry Parts doesn't support my vehicle β when will you be adding support?
We are always open to adding new vehicles to our product portfolio.
Our official policy for new product development:
If there is a market demand for your vehicle platform
- We will develop parts for you for free, in exchange for your help test fitting, and providing candid honest feedback to us regarding the improvement to ride feel.
If there is not a market demand for your vehicle platform
- We offer custom solutions, and can consult with you to build parts for your vehicle.
Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
How long until I receive my order?
We offer two different shipping speeds for domestic orders
Our standard shipping and processing is a 10 day processing time, followed by three day standard shipping anywhere in the United States.
Our expedited processing is a three day process processing time, followed by two day shipping anywhere in the US
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do β we offer international shipping for a flat rate, with the buyer responsible for import fees.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on uninstalled parts, with a 20% restocking fee.
To execute a return,
Write your original order number on the box/packaging. Ship the parts to the following address:

Send an email to christine@perryparts.com with the following info:
- Original order number
- Reason for return
- Tracking number for the return
You'll receive your refund upon receipt of the parts.

Does Perry Parts work with dealers?
Yes β we offer both drop shipping solutions, as well as stocking solutions. We prefer stocking, and offer a better discount rate for dealers who are looking to stock product.
